Niklas Lilius

Niklas is the Managing Director for Mondelez Finland Oy, which is a part of Mondelēz International, a multinational confectionary, food and beverage company. Mondelez are leading the future of snacking with iconic brands, which includes a rich portfolio of strong well-known snacking products in Finland such as Marabou, Toblerone, Daim, O’boy, Oreo, TUC, LU and Philadelphia. Prior to his appointment in 2021 Niklas has worked as a Director at Coty Inc, L’Oreal and Bloomberg based in the UK.
