Space Tech Expo Europe (18-20 November 2025) is the largest dedicated space technology trade fair in Europe.
Space Tech Expo Europe (18-20 November 2025) is the largest dedicated space technology trade fair in Europe. The free-to-attend expo and high level conference is Europe's meeting place for space business, technology & innovation and will showcase the latest from technical designers, sub-system suppliers, manufacturers and components through to systems integrators for civil, military and commercial space.
The three-day event will give the European space industry a focused marketplace for the design, manufacturing and testing of spacecraft, satellite, launch vehicle and space-related technologies bringing together engineers, industry leaders, specifiers, buyers, manufacturers and global decision makers from across the entire supply chain.
As part of the trade fair and conference, Enterprise Europe Network Bremen, hosted by the Bremer Aufbau-Bank (BAB) and the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Ports and Transformation, organizes a free matchmaking event for every day during the event! Participants will have the opportunity to:
- meet providers of innovative technologies
- get in touch with potential partners for future collaborations
- find new partners for research and development projects.
Registration & Location
The Space Tech Expo Europe B2B Matchmaking will take place in Hall 5 at B2B Matchmaking Area 1 (Tables 1-45) and in Hall 6 at B2B Matchmaking Area 2 (Tables 46-75).
You must register for free to attend Space Tech Expo Europe to use the B2B Matchmaking Service. Registration for the B2B Matchmaking opens on 18 September 2025.Booking of B2B meetings opens on 08 October 2025.

About the B2B matchmaking
For your on-site meetings on 18-20 November 2025 you can create your own personal B2B matchmaking agenda with 20-minute meetings. Your personalized agenda ensures efficient use of time and supports meaningful connections and information exchange. Meetings will be held in two dedicated B2B meetings areas in exhibition halls 5 and 6.
How does the B2B Matchmaking work?
All participants are automatically registered for 1:1 networking (opt-out possible). To request a meeting, simply browse the list of participants and identify potential matches. You can then send meeting requests, including a short note explaining the purpose of the meeting. Once your request is accepted, the meeting will be scheduled at a reserved table during the next available timeslot at the event.
Networking is available both before and during the event. After the event, you can continue connecting with other participants through chat messaging.
